Eucalyptus

This cord is inspired by eucalyptus leaves which represent connection and healing.  They've featured in some of our favourite wedding bouquets and colour schemes!

You can choose to have this cord with or without charms.  Pictures show the Gold Leaf Charm (this is paired with silver hardware due to the lightness of its golden tone), however, this can be swapped for any of the other charms in our selection - just leave a note for us at checkout!  Otherwise, your cord will be made with the charm shown here.

If you want a particular charm which is not in our selection, please email us and we will try and source it for you.

For reference, the colours used in ‘Eucalyptus’ are:

  • 052 Apricot Peach
  • 203 Sage Green
  • 106 Cream

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

How many cords do we need?

The ceremony can be done with as few or as many cords as you like, though they are most commonly done with 2 cords, with the idea that one cord represents you and the other represents your partner, and you are tying your lives together.

However, handfasting ceremonies can use 3 or even up to 6 cords - since multiple cords can be wrapped by close friends or family members, with each cord representing their love and support for you, it is a great way to involve them in your big day and works especially well for blended families.

Our cords come with an organza bag to keep them safe until they are ready to be used.  Each of our cords are approximately 1.5cm in width and 1.5m in length which is a suitable size for the various handfasting methods.  However, if you need a longer or shorter length, please email us.

Processing

Each cord is made to order.  Processing time is 3-7 working days from purchase.  Please also allow sufficient time for shipping.
